QLC Engineering, LLC provides full-service engineering design services for Southern California projects ranging from brand new house, new ADU or guest house, multifamily, apartment building, commercial, and industrial projects.  It is managed and composed of licensed Civil Engineers in the State of California with more than 15 years of in-depth experience in Los Angeles County design standards and other areas in Southern California. If you are an architect, developer, contractor, or homeowner, we are here to assist you and to provide you with professional engineering design and surveying services.

SB 9 Lot Split

Senate Bill 9 (SB 9) is a California state law that provides a ministerial approval process for the creation of an Urban Lot Split if a project meets the eligibility criteria. The law facilitates the creation of up to four housing units in the lot area typically used for one single-family home.
